Assistant General Manager

Tenpins & More is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead the floor and elevate our food & beverage program — someone who thrives on keeping a busy, guest-facing operation running smoothly during our biggest nights and helps build the kind of team that makes people want to come back.

We're especially looking for someone with hands-on food & beverage or restaurant experience to help elevate our F&B program.

Requirements

Required

  • 2–3+ years of supervisory or shift-lead experience in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or entertainment/recreation.
  • Comfort leading a team in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment — including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with staff scheduling and day-to-day labor management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to make sound calls on the floor without waiting for sign-off on every decision.
  • A genuine willingness to learn and understand all facets of a bowling and entertainment center — front of house, back of house, and everything in between.

Preferred

  • Hands-on restaurant management experience.
  • A track record of training, retaining, and building a culture of team members.
